TPE/TPR颗粒结块的倾向性因素
a 气温。气温越高，TPE/TPR颗粒结块的倾向越明显，一般用户针对TPE/TPR颗粒结块的投诉，都发生在气温较高的夏季。
b 基材。BS基材的TPR比SEBS基材的TPE更容易结块，主要是SBS锁油性（吸油性）不如SEBS，体系中的油更容易析出。
c 油的比例。一般而言，油的比例越大，料越软，颗粒结块的可能性越大。
d 其他配方技术范畴。据说基材的分子结构，油的品质种类都会影响到配混体系胶与油溶合的稳定性。这些是纯技术范畴，笔者不做评断。
