1.TPE材料配混体系的问题
（1）原因分析：
橡胶基材种类，塑料占比，油的含量等，都会影响配混材料的撕裂强度。
（2）改善方法
A、选用高分子量、星型结构的SEBS基材；
B、在材料物性要求允许的情况下，适当增大塑料组分（如PP,PS,LLDPE）的比例；
C、在保证物性的前提下，适当减少油的添加量；
D、适当减少碳酸钙等无机填充粉末的添加量；
