产品描述

TPU常用的扩链剂1,4-丁二醇（BDO），极易吸水，其纯度及水分含量直接影响到实际生产的值，对最终产品的分子量影响很大。MDI易自聚，若保存不好易生成二聚体。聚合多元醇的水分含量、酸值、羟值等因批次不同而存在差异，较大程度上影响了TPU性能的稳定性。原料中含有的水分和游离的羧基，一方面与MDI反应，消耗了部分MDI造成配方设计的不准确；另一方面，反应生成的气泡起到塑化的作用，最终降低了产品的性能。因此用于合成TPU的原料在使用之前都需要严格脱水。
