　　a 气温.气温越高，TPE|TPR颗粒结块的倾向越明显，一般用户针对TPE|TPR颗粒结块的投诉，都发生在气温较高的夏季。

　　b 基材. SBS基材的TPR比SEBS基材的TPE更容易结块，主要是SBS锁油性（吸油性）不如SEBS，体系中的油更容易析出。

　　c 油的比例一般而言，油的比例越大，料越软，颗粒结块的可能性越大。
