TPE|TPR颗粒结块的配方加工工艺预防

　　一般而言，SEBS体系的TPE，硬度20A以下，SBS体系的TPR（无论透明与否），硬度60A以下，都有较强的结块倾向，在造粒时，应严格遵照生产工艺规程进行。

　　A配方——功能助剂

　　据说在配混体系中添加功能助剂，可以降低TPE|TPR颗粒粘连结块的倾向。

　　B工艺——充油时间

　　保证足够的充油时间，让SEBS,SBS体系充分稳定吸油。

　　C工艺——冷却封装

　　在拉条切粒后，应待颗粒充分冷却（一般冷却至颗粒表面温度低于30℃）再装袋入库，若冷却不够，会导致残余的热量聚集，导致颗粒粘连。高温环境是TPE|TPR颗粒发生结块粘连的温床。
