白化现象：指稳定剂等配合剂迁移至成型品表面，其表面像喷上粉一样呈现出一种白色现象
原因：主要是由于稳定剂过量配合或与聚合物不相容而引起的。
解决方法：出现这类型的问题，应选择与聚合物相容性良好的稳定剂或将稳定剂的用量控制在最佳的范围。其次，更换成相对分子质量高的稳定剂也是十分有效的。另外，也有通过迁移至成型品表面发挥其功能的稳定剂。
