TPE原料 注塑级高透明 -010 业界 眼镜配件
影响TPE颗粒黑亮因素：
1、模具：将模具做打磨抛光处理，有利于获得更光亮的制品表面。
2、注塑温度：注塑温度应保证TPR材料充分塑化,温度不够，做出来的制品可能会表面比较暗或者有麻面。至于采用多少注塑温度，可向TPR供应商咨询，并根据实际注塑加工情况灵活调整。
3、色粉色母添加量：黑色粉添加量一般是1~2%。钙粉填充量大的TPR牌号，色粉添加量酌情添加。
4、色剂：若是现调黑色色粉或色母，应注意色粉或色母与TPR的相容性及色粉的扩散性。所以色粉色母（载体）的选择很重要。
5、配方：选择SBS基材的TPR比SEBS基材的要好，因为SBS基材的TPR外观为亮面，而SEBS基材的外观为雾面或亚面；若因产品性能要求，而必须要采用SEBS基材的TPR（TPE),则可以在TPR配方中添加亮面剂,改善亮面效果。
