产品描述

TPE材料的密度是多少：

　　1、 TPE材料的密度有大有小，也分为有填充物以及一些无填充物，tpe材料是由SEBS基材与其他混合物共混而成的弹性体颗粒，所以tpe的密度越大，填充物就越多。

　　2、 TPE材料有用进口的原材料制作，也有国产的原材料制作，进口和国产2者之间的密度都会有所不同，正常的密度在0.92~0.98之间。

　　3、 TPE材料的密度可以在0.84~2.0调整，通常注塑用的TPETPR软性材料比重在0.9~1.25左右，一些特殊的TPETPR比重小或者超高。比重提升，可降低产品成本，但材料的拉伸强度及弹性，耐磨性均会有所下降，具体选择哪种比重的材料要看产品要求。
