TPE材料方面，它被认为是非常特别的。

　　1、低端/普通插头

　　外观大多是黑色，即使是白色插头，也不需要耐黄变。主要是为了满足国内市场的需求。这种插头，即使是LOGO也不打印。消费者没有品牌知名度，只要他们可以使用。不同的插头，不同的材料选择，最常见的是TPE（外模）和PE（内模）。一些插头是带有PP或PC（或包覆成型）的TPE。

　　2、高端品牌插头

　　外观为黑色，白色甚至有色。浅色插头对耐黄变性有较高要求，表面抗划伤性较好。因为它是原始品牌，许多要求在插头外面印刷LOGO，这要求TPE材料的丝网性能。有些插头产品对阻燃性能有很高的要求。有一些要求很高的客户甚至需要测试插头产品的不可转移性，以确定产品是否合格。

清洗料管 Purge compound	需使用PP或 PE清洗干净机台螺杆，且把机台射嘴彻底清除干净Please make sure you that you have cleaned the machine screw with PP or PE, and put the machine nozzle thoroughly clean.
