从TPE包胶工艺的理论模型来分析，实现接合(cohesion）包胶效果，基本要点其实只有三句话：
1.极性匹配，两种材料在熔体状态下能分子链段互溶加穿透;
2.TPE熔体温度足够高, 能烧蚀硬塑表面;
3.TPE表面张力低于硬塑表面张力，以便快速铺展在硬塑表面，进而实现烧蚀、材质相互穿透;
上述三个基本要点其实已经决定了：TPE和硬塑的配方相互匹配、相互满足要求，是实现理想接合(cohesion)效果的基础。
