产品描述

ABS、PC包胶ABS、PC为弱到中极性塑料，与TPE存在一定的极性差。通过在配方中加入改性剂（TPU），可改善TPE的极性,从改善TPE与ABS、PC的粘合性。另外二次注塑温度，建议180~230℃。具体可根据实际加工情况来调整。

　　PBT、PET包胶PBT、PET半结晶塑料，极性方面与ABS、PC类似。PBT熔点220℃，PET熔点更是高达260℃，需要TPE具有更高的熔体温度。因此，TPE包胶PBT和PET，所需的包胶二次注塑温度比包胶ABS、PC要高。粘合难度要大。
