TPE材料微观结构决定了其性能，决定了其在塑胶界特殊的地位和作用。
1、TPE材料结构中不含不饱和键，性质比较稳定，具有良好的耐温（使用温度范围-50-100℃），耐老化，耐化学性，耐溶剂性。
2、TPE材料结构中含有常温为玻璃态的乙烯-苯乙烯刚性链段,赋予材料固定的形状，保证使用性能;材料结构中含有常温为高弹态的丁二烯柔性链段，赋予材料舒适的柔软触感及弹性。
3、TPE材料在生产过程中不引入重金属，不添加有毒的邻苯二甲酸盐增塑剂，符合ROHS、REACH、EN71、PAHS及FDA环保检测。
4、TPE材料采用直接注塑成型，加工容易，成型周期短，废制品回收容易，是取代橡胶及硅胶的理想材料。
5、TPE材料通过配方及配比的变化，可提供物性及硬度多样化的材料，以符合不同产品最适宜的使用要求。

需使用PP或 PE清洗干净机台螺杆，且把机台射嘴彻底清除干净Please make sure you that you have cleaned the machine screw with PP or PE, and put the machine nozzle thoroughly clean. |

请选择以PE或EVA为基材之色母，切勿使用以PVC为基材者。另外加工时请采用较高的螺杆转速和较高的背压，才能让着色剂达到较好的分散效果Please select color master batch on PE or EVA material with the exception of PVC.Higher screw speed and backpressure are needed for better colorant dispersion. |
