  • 热塑性弹性体TPE（Thermoplastic Elastomer） 是一种具有硫化橡胶的物理性能，又具有热塑性塑料的加工性能特征的新一代环保材料，具有环保无毒安全，硬度范围广，有优良的着色性，触感柔软，耐候性，抗疲劳性和耐温性，加工性能优越，无须硫化，可以循环使用降低成本，可谓是塑料和橡胶优点的优势组合，

     

    TPE热塑性弹性体正逐步占领PVC和橡胶的应用领地。主要原因在于橡胶气味大，不可回收利用，不环保，耐油性、耐溶性比较差，不具备耐臭氧化性，电气绝缘性差，不适宜作为绝缘材料，不易储存，易老化，在低温的情况下会变硬，稳定性差，密度大，加工时不易掌控。PVC—聚氯乙烯，是一种有毒的含氯树脂。加工时添加了增塑剂，增塑剂的含量越大，材料越柔软，广泛的用于建材，人造皮革中。聚氯乙烯塑料制品在较高温度下，如50℃左右就会慢慢地分解出对人体有害的氯化氢气体。
