产品描述

PA6、PA66包胶PA6、PA66为半结晶强极性塑料，需要较高的温度和能量才能在硬塑表面形成熔接层。PA6熔点240℃，PA66熔点260℃。要形成牢固粘合，需要TPE具有更高的熔体温度。一般TPE包胶PA6，包胶二次注塑温度230~250℃，TPE包胶PA66，需要240~270℃的包胶温度。另外PA6，PA66易吸水，这些对包覆粘合都是不利因素。

　　POM包胶POM的包胶。POM虽然熔点不高，只有180℃。但由于其结晶度高，要在包覆面形成熔接层，需要较高的能量，同时由于POM的自润滑性，不利于TPE材质在POM硬塑件表面的快速包覆。因此，POM的包覆，在国内，我还没听说有哪一家TPE厂家说包得牢的。
