塑伯S0511油性颗粒物过滤量提升母粒是针对大部分客户对于油性颗粒物过滤量要求（FFP2标准）推出的新产品。采用亲油性的配方工艺，均匀分散于PP（聚丙烯）载体中，成丝后对油性颗粒物具有同性相吸效应，对过滤量的提升与添加量成正比例（建议添加20%以下），随着添加比例增加，熔体流动性降低，故成型温度应同步提高。 SPP S0511 oil particle filter quantity promotion masterbatch is a new product launched for most customers' requirements for oil particle filter quantity (FFP2 standard).The formulation process with lipophilic property is adopted, which is evenly dispersed in PP (polypropylene) carrier. After being spun, it has the same phase absorption effect on oily particles. The increase of filtration amount is in positive proportion to the addition amount (it is suggested to add less than 20%). With the increase of the addition proportion, the melt fluidity decreases, so the molding temperature should be increased synchronously. |
