TPE材料与哪些材料相似？

　　1、PVC的优点：软胶PVC弹性良好;耐老化、耐酸碱性优良;并且PVC成本较为低廉;可快速注塑加工成型。

　　PVC的不足：含有毒卤素元素氯，气味大;可能含有毒塑化剂及重金属;燃烧可能释放致癌物质二噁英;低温易变脆，弹性差;存在永久变形。

　　2、硅胶的优点：耐高温（200~250℃）；手感爽滑；高弹性，永久变形小；无气味，环保无毒；耐老化，耐弱酸碱;较容易通过食品级LFGB橄榄油测试及FDA177.2600正己烷测试。

　　硅胶的不足：成型周期较长；材料不能回收再次使用；包覆成型性较差.

　　3、橡胶的优点：高耐磨；回弹性，抗撕裂性好；永久变形小；机械性能好；耐高温；耐腐蚀。橡胶的不足：加工工序多，生产周期长；物料不能回收再使用；材料气味大，环保性堪忧；

　　4、TPE和TPU都属于软性材料，都具有良好的橡胶弹性.相比较而言,TPE在触感的舒适度方面更为卓越，TPU则更多的呈现优异的弹性和强度.较低硬度的产品（如30A以下），需选用TPE,可以起到防滑缓冲减震回弹的效果.而对于较高硬度（80A以上）的要求弹性好的产品，用TPU才能胜任。
