    常见的TPE包胶射粘的材料

    　　TPE应用于包胶射粘，TPE软胶作为软胶外覆层，常见的相配合的硬质材料主要是塑料，也有金属及织布。TPE与织布射粘主要是应用于箱包制品，同与金属包胶一样，一般都为假包胶。真包胶多见于二次注塑和双色注塑，即TPE包胶射粘的主体材料是塑料。TPE能与常用的一些通用塑料PP,GPPS,HIPS,ABS和工程塑料PC,PC/ABS,PA及其改性材料粘合牢固。TPE与POM聚甲醛的粘合性，目前在弹性体业界，仍是一个难题。因POM的溶解度参数SP（22.6）同TPE的SP（7.2-7.6）实在相差甚远，两种材料本身不具有相容性，而目前还没有找到促使二者良好粘合的合适相容剂。
