　　解决方案：应注意提高模具精度，减小模具间隙，提高合模力

　　(2)高粘度的树脂会造成过大的流动阻力，增加充模过程中的型腔背压，从而导致模具分型面间隙，容易形成飞边。

　　解决方案：降低粘度

　　五、冷却条件问题

　　部件在模内冷却过长

　　解决方案：避免由外往里收缩，缩短模子冷却时间;将制件在热水中冷却。
