1.足够的注塑温度。包胶尼龙，TPE注塑温度要在190摄氏度以上为佳，不超过240度都可。特别是要获得真包胶的效果，因为尼龙的软化温度在250-260度，在保证TPE不降解的前提下，TPE与尼龙软化温度越接近，包胶效果越好。
2.产品包胶部位结构的设计，尽量做到尺寸圆滑，无明显的棱角，增大TPE与尼龙硬胶接触的紧密性。
3.在尼龙骨架件无关重要的位置上开些小孔，或制造些不光滑的表面，加大TPE与尼龙的接触面积，使TPE软胶通过小孔嵌入到尼龙骨架材料内，起到箍嵌效果。实际上是真包与假包效果并用。
4.对新开的模具，需注意模具进浇口及流道的设计。因TPE包胶层一般比较薄，厚度在1-2mm为常见，而包胶层尺寸一般在几十甚至上百mm，因此必须保证TPE软胶能充满模腔，不缺胶，不劈缝，保证TPE与尼龙的粘合性。
