要解决TPE制品黄变问题，一要从TPE原材料配方入手。

　　1.TPE的基材的选择.建议用氢化SBS(SEBS)替代SBS，SEBS高分子结构单元中不含不饱和双键，比SBS具有更为稳定的化学特性，如更为优良的抗紫外线和耐老化性能.

　　2.配方中添加功能助剂.对于耐老化抗紫外线有很高要求的制品，可以在TPE配方体系中添加抗氧剂、抗紫外线UV-E剂等助剂，提高TPE材料的耐老化抗黄变性能.

　　3.油的选择.建议选择多次加氢的油.特别是对于透明的软性TPE材质，油的品质对TPE制品颜色的稳定性颇有关联.
