TPE可完美替代PVC？

　　TPE与PVC相比，不含卤素、不含邻苯塑化剂、不含重金属，更为环保无毒安全。TPE比PVC更具有优良的耐低温性。TPE比PVC触感更舒适爽滑，耐磨性和止滑性更优异。这些特点，似乎让人们有理由相信TPE可完美替代PVC。

　　可实际上，一些应用行业，如果没有较高的环保测试要求，非饮用水管，非使用包装袋等，其实都可以用PVC，因为PVC比TPE价格便宜。而实际情况是，出于价格的考虑，TPE在一些行业要替代PVC,仍然有一个过程。另外从加工方面考虑，PVC独有的滴胶（微量射出）工艺，搪胶加工工艺，仍然是TPE所不能想象的。
