1、加工过程发生的制品变形
因为TPE为软性塑料，在注塑、挤出等加工过程中，可能因制品冷却不足，从模具中强拉出来，从而导致制品拉变形，所以应注意模具冷却，进行脱模处理，减少制品拉变形。
2、存放不当导致的变形
因为有些TPE制品，特别之硬度比较软（0~50A)的TPE材料做成的制品，因制品堆压存放，导致制品发生不可恢复的挤压变形，所以TPE制品尽量不要堆压太高太多。
