模具方面
(1) 模具本身精度差，如分型面配合不严密;分型面有压痕或疲劳塌陷;分型面间隙过大等。
解决方案：改进模具设计
(2) 设计不合理，如型腔分布不对称，导致成型时张力不均容易产生分型面飞边;顶出机构不对称，导致顶出时顶针受到扭力，也会产生飞边;排气间隙过大;型腔和型芯对插结构过多;型腔和型芯偏移;模板不平行;模板变形;模子平面落入异物;排气不足;排气孔太大等也容易产生飞边。
解决方案：调整模具设计
