设备方面
(1)成型机合模力不足。如果成型机的额定合模力小于成型过程中制品从像投影面积上的张力，将会导致分型面间隙，造成飞边。
解决方案：增大锁模力
(2)成型机合模形成不足。如果成型机合模的最小间隙大于模具的厚度，制品的投影面积超过了注压机的最大注射面积，注压机模板安装调节不正确，模具安装不正确，锁模力不能保持恒定，注压机模板不平行，拉杆变形不均将会导致模具合模不紧密造成飞边。
