多物料共塑 (Multiple Material Molding)
多物料共塑(Multiple Material Molding)以多物料共塑注塑机(俗称双色机)加工，双色机一般分两种不同设计，如直角射台排列及平衡射台排列。
直角式双色机可以配合多种双色模具的操作方式，如：转盘式、托芯转动、模芯下沉、活门分隔、模芯滑动等。两种(或多种)塑料同时注入不同模腔，以达致多色或多物料的效果。
其优点简略：生产周期短、产量比传统方法高 产品质量较稳定，废品率低， 物料接合力较强及接合面较少暇疵， 能制造设计较复杂的双物料产品。
