减少tpe材料气味的小细节
TPE之所以会有气味，主要是高温共混或加工组分小分子挥发所致。建议如下：
1.TPE配混体系，尽量选择VOC挥发小的操作油及加工助剂。操作油应选择氢化度高的品种。
2.TPE共混料。充分冷却后打包，料粒的气味会小些。
3.TPE制品加工。高温注塑成型，气味难免，油的含量越大，气味越大。但加工成品冷却后，制品气味会慢慢变淡。
