清洗料管 Purge compound	需使用PP或 PE清洗干净机台螺杆，且把机台射嘴彻底清除干净please make sure you that you have cleaned the machine screw with PP or PE, and put the machine nozzle thoroughly clean
着色 Coloring	请选择以PE或EVA为基材之色母，切勿使用以PVC为基材者。另外加工时请采用较高的螺杆转速和较高的背压，才能让着色剂达到较好的分散效果Please select color master batch on PE or EVA material with the exception of PVC.Higher screw speed and backpressure and needed for better colorant dispersion
回收 Recycling	二次料（水口料）回收比率建议最多20%。 Consistent regrind usage of up to 20% is permissible

　　多物料共塑(Multiple Material Molding)以多物料共塑注塑机(俗称双色机)加工，双色机一般分两种不同设计，如直角射台排列及平衡射台排列。

　　直角式双色机可以配合多种双色模具的操作方式，如：转盘式、托芯转动、模芯下沉、活门分隔、模芯滑动等。两种(或多种)塑料同时注入不同模腔，以达致多色或多物料的效果。

　　其优点简略：生产周期短、产量比传统方法高产品质量较稳定，废品率低，物料接合力较强及接合面较少暇疵，能制造设计较复杂的双物料产品。
