需使用PP或 PE清洗干净机台螺杆，且把机台射嘴彻底清除干净Please make sure you that you have cleaned the machine screw with PP or PE, and put the machine nozzle thoroughly clean |

1.透明性TPU的透明性优于TPE，同时它也没有透明TPE那么容易沾粘。
2.比重TPE的比重变化范围很大，从0.89~1.3之间的都有，而TPU在1.0~1.4之间。其实它们在使用的过程中，主要是以共混物的形式出现，因此比重变化大。
3.耐油性TPU的耐油性较好，而TPE要做到耐油是有一定难度的。
4.燃烧后TPE燃烧有淡淡的芳香味，燃烧的烟比较少和淡。TPU燃烧则带有一定的刺激性异味，燃烧时有兹兹的轻微爆炸声。
5. 机械性能TPU的弹性及弹性恢复性能（耐屈挠抗蠕变性能）优于TPE。主要是TPU的材料结构为聚合物均相结构，属于聚合物树脂类。而TPE则是多组分共混而成的多相结构聚集的合金材料。高硬度的TPE加工容易发生制品变形，而在所有硬度区间范围内，TPU均表现出优良的弹性，并且制品不易变形。
6.耐温性TPE是 -60摄氏度~105摄氏度，TPU是 -60摄氏度~80摄氏度。
7.外观手感对于一些包覆成型的产品，TPU材质的产品，手感较为粗糙，摩擦阻力强；而TPE材质产品，则手感比较细腻柔和，摩擦性能较弱。
