tpe原料可以用在线材吗?这个问题的答案是肯定的。tpe原料是可以用在线材方面的。不仅如此，线材tpe还深受许多人的爱戴。tpe线材应其具有橡胶的弹性，手感柔韧舒适，优良的拉伸性能，弹性好及耐磨性好等优良性能。TPE秉承了传统PVC易加工的特性，TPE橡胶料可用挤出机方便的生产加工各类线材(如耳机线，USB线，汽车电子线，电脑排线等)，可用注塑机注塑加工插头(如耳机插头，USB插头，DC插头等等)。TPE为SEBS基材，具有良好的耐老化性，耐候性，耐低温性好，在零下-50度的低温依然保持柔软舒适的手感而不变硬。

　　由于部分电源插头线材依然是PVC材质，插头改用TPE,这样就需要TPE能够粘住PVC线材，已到达防水，密封作用。一般TPE包胶粘射有真包胶和假包胶的区别。有些客户就要求TPE与硬胶接触面形成一层粘结层，撕都撕不下来。这就要求TPE与硬胶化熔粘融时的相容性，溶解度参数越接近，则两种材料的相容性越好。
