材料优点
①硬度范围广，脚轮适用材料硬度为55-95A，可依据企业的需求定制。（通常企业选用硬度65-85A）；
②承载力良好，可承载400kg以下货物，适用于童车、超市购物车、医院手推车、一般工业用脚轮等；
③良好的减震性能；
④耐磨性优越；
⑤有较好的耐uv、耐化学性能；
⑥脚轮骨架一般以pp材料为主，而tpr脚轮料能与pp完美粘结；
⑦tpr料同样能做出与tpe脚轮料相似的静音脚轮，非常适用于医院推车以及部分需静音场合使用的脚轮；
⑧环保无毒，这也是这种材料非常大的一个优势所在，材料加工过程中不添加有毒助剂，产品不挥发有毒颗粒分子，并且tpr脚轮在运行过程中，不会产生橡胶脚轮的碳黑印。旧品能够回收利用。
