TPU薄膜的变形率和回弹性
TPU薄膜变形和回弹是单位体积的样件在垂直压力的作用下变形的程度，释放压力后回弹的速度和程度，判断材料对压力抵抗的能力。
TPU薄膜耐摩擦性能
TPU薄膜是由热塑性弹性体聚氨酯颗粒通过挤出流延成型而成。而热塑性聚氨酯弹性体颗粒是蓄热材料，摩擦生热，在固定压力和砂纸面的磨耗体现材料耐磨损的程度。
聚氨酯颗粒耐磨和热性能密切相关，摩擦会导致温度升高，耐磨是单位体积或者质量损耗，热性能是不同温度下的扭变力;这是用来评估产品磨损和是否适用高温环境重要标准。
