TPV材料的性能
①具备橡胶的弹性和回弹收缩性，优异的抗永久变形性能；
②硬度范围广，25A-55D，具备热塑性弹性体的耐温性（-60℃-150℃）；
③电绝缘性能出色；
④较于基材EPDM而言，新材的耐环境、耐老化性、耐油耐溶剂性能更为出色；
⑤加工方便，TPV材料可像热塑性弹性体一般直接注塑、挤出、吹塑成型，无需硫化，同样也能与其他塑胶材料如PP、PA等包覆二次注塑成型；
⑥手感好，易于着色，被定义为高端制品塑胶材料；
⑦可回收利用。
