挤出成型

　　（1）管状挤出成型制品

　　管状成品有单纯管、双重挤出管和电线的包覆层等。单纯管有食品用管子、印刷胶辊等。多重挤出的管子以汽车用燃油输送管线为代表。这种管子的内侧要求耐汽油、渗透性低，可采用聚酞胺，而外层要求耐热、耐候且阻燃，可采用TPV阻燃共混物，用这两种材料可共挤出制备管状成品。

　　（2）异形材挤出物

　　由于TPV成品的形状稳定性优异，挤出后的成型收缩率小，可用于挤出各种剖面形状复杂的产品。如挤出水发泡成型，该工艺在不使用有害化学药品的情况下进行TPV挤出发泡，能够生产出密度低至0. 2g/cm3的挤出型材。与海绵橡胶成型相比，具有工艺简单(消除了硫化周期)、加工废料可回收、产品的色彩和设计灵活、生产过程对环境影响小等优点。
