    　　国外TPV的最大用途是制造汽车配件，主要为EPDM/PP TPV和NBR/PP TPV。随着汽车向高性能(高速、安全、舒适、节能)、长寿命及轻量化发展，汽车部件特别是汽车密封系统、发动机系统等用TPV的呼声越来越高，以取代传统的热固性硫化胶。TPV在汽车密封系统的应用有挡风玻璃密封条、侧边反射镜的密封、遮阳篷的密封材料等;在汽车发动机系统的应用包括空气通风管、软管、防护罩、防震座垫、轴套等。其他汽车部件如刹车部件(皮碗、皮圈)和消音部件等。
