　　(1)避免日光照射TPU。TPU存放区域应阴凉通风，同时TPU可用塑胶袋封包放置在无阳光照射的地方。

　　(2)喷施耐黄油漆。油漆的喷施通常有两种形式，一种是模内喷施，一种是模外喷施，耐黄油漆的喷施会在TPU成品表面形成一种保护层，避免TPU表皮与大气接触而污染黄变，这种形式目前已被广泛使用。

　　(3)添加抗黄剂。为了加强TPU成品的抗黄能力，往往要在原料中添加一种专用抗黄的抗黄剂，但是抗黄剂价格昂贵，我们在使用抗黄剂时也应衡量其经济效益，如我们的黑色型体对黄变就不敏感，所以我们可使用较便宜的未添加抗黄剂的非抗黄原料，由于抗黄剂是一种原料添加剂，它添加于A成份中，我们配料时要求搅拌就是为了分布均匀，达到抗黄效果，否则会出现局部黄变现象。

　　(4)使用良好的混合比。良好的比例可以使I液和P液达到最充分的混合反应而不会有未完全反应部分，而有这些现象出现时会使成品抗水解，抗黄能力大大降低，特别是比例中ISO偏多时会加速成品的黄变。

　　(5)避免人工操作过程中污染。有较多的TPU成品在整理或挽救的过程中被污染而产生黄变如人体汗液和有机溶剂等，因此TPU制品要特别注意接触体的干净，同时尽可能减少整理程序。
